HOW TO MAKE THE BEST ROCKY’S COLD BREW!

YOU WILL NEED:

1 QUART MASON JAR FILLED WITH DISTILLED WATER

1 CHEESE CLOTH CUT IN A SQUARE (PURCHASED AT ANY GROCERY STORE IN THE KITCHEN SECTION)

1 STRING CUT LONG ENOUGH TO HANG OVER SIDE OF JAR

4  HEAPING TEASPOONS OF COARSELY GROUND ROCKY’S COLD BREW

INSTRUCTIONS:

COARSELY GRIND WHOLE COFFEE BEANS. CUT CHEESE CLOTH IN A SQUARE LARGE ENOUGH TO HOLD 4 HEAPING TEASPOONS OF GROUNDS. PLACE THE GROUNDS IN THE CENTER OF THE CHEESE CLOTH. FOLD THE CORNERS OF THE CHEESE CLOTH UP TO MAKE A TEA BAG LIKE “POUCH” AND TIE TOP WITH STRING. MAKE SURE THE GROUNDS DO NOT LEAK OUT. PLACE THE COFFEE “POUCH” IN THE DISTILLED WATER FILLED MASON JAR ENSURING THE STRING IS OUT SO YOU CAN PULL “POUCH” OUT WHEN STEEPING IS COMPLETE. PLACE THE LID ON THE JAR AND PLACE IN REFRIDGERATOR FOR 24 HOURS. AFTER 24 HOURS, REMOVE JAR FROM REFRIDGERATOR AND REMOVE THE COFFEE “POUCH” FROM JAR. ENJOY ROCKY’S COLD BREW AS IS OR ADD SWEETENER AND CREAMER TO TASTE!
