Some thoughts on our coffee from our customers!
"So I received my bag of Rocsato Bella Bold coffee yesterday, ground some and had a cup of the richest, smoothest coffee ever! I'm going to have to order in larger quantities! The aroma and smooth bold body with no bitterness or after taste was delicious. Served it to a friend with pie and we all agreed this great coffee!" - Lou Sposato
Senior Director of Human Resources at Ruby Tuesday
"I had my first Rocsato experience (the Bella Bold) while scurrying around for the holidays- and was so impressed with the coffee that I ended up buying multiple bags for gifts to give to my most discriminating friends and family. Everyone absolutely loved the coffee! I've tried the max blend, Bella bold, and espresso so far. Each is uniquely different and yet I can't pick a "favorite", as I love them all.
As a self-professed coffee snob who rarely finds a make-at-home coffee I'm truly happy with, I'm now officially hooked.
So glad to have found Rocsato!" - Amy Dryden

"I took my father-in-law to meet Greg and select some coffees for his Christmas present. My husband and son also came. We chose a few roasts and watched Greg roast them right there while he explained the process. Greg was very welcoming and knowledgeable and my father-in-law loved the visit and the coffee! Thank you Rocsato Roasters!" - Jenni Sassaman
"Hands down, it's the best coffee I've made from my house...and I've tried so many. What a pleasure to enjoy a great cup of joe from home, especially knowing it was roasted locally!" - Jennifer Breaux
Vice President of Sales & Hospitality
Director of Education
"I consider myself a bit of a coffee snob and this did NOT disappoint. Bold but really smooth... Greg definitely knows what he's doing.
Very much looking forward to many more mornings that start off with this delicious treat!
Thanks for bringing your beans to the Ferrum area!!" - Lynise Anderson
Dean of Student Affairs and Campus Wellness
"I contacted Greg one morning and he met me at his roaster that afternoon. The place was immaculate! He asked me what I liked or what I was looking for in my coffee. I described what I was looking for and he ended up choosing 2 different beans for me to try. After getting an education in bean roasting, which I thoroughly enjoyed, I walked out with 2 lbs of perfectly roasted beans. Both coffees are delicious and I can't decide which I like better. Oh, and he said he would keep up with what I purchased and how the individual beans were roasted so if I wanted, he could make adjustments in the roasts of my future purchases. Very impressive!" - Gary Martin
